Purpose of SCERT Kerala SSLC    Textbooks 2020-2021

The Purpose of SCERT Kerala SSLC Textbooks 2020-2021 is very clear. It has the purpose to help the students of Kerala to provide them a high quality education. The books are prescribed by the State Council of Educational Research and Training and KBPS stands for Kerala Books Publication that is responsible to publish the books. Students studying under the Kerala board can use the SCERT textbooks for maximum benefits as these books carry the most highlighted and important collections of information. Kerala SSLC Textbooks 2021 is prepared by keeping in mind the latest syllabus. 

Kerala Books and Publications Society (KBPS)

Kerala Books and Publications Society is a government owned society. It was established with the purpose of printing the complete textbooks for the SCERT syllabus. This society is based on no profit, no loss. But in 1978 the KBPS started printing as the commercial productions of the textbooks. However, the sole purpose of the KBPS is still the printing of the SCERT Kerala SSLC Textbooks to its board students. Students are very innocent and they are like a lump of clay at the beginning of their educational journey so it becomes very essential to provide the best textbooks that look appealing to the eyes and give the students an adequate piece of information. 


The SCERT is responsible for making the most appropriate syllabus for their SSLC board students. So that students can get the correct knowledge as per their class and age groups. 

Importance of Textbooks

The textbooks play a major role in the student’s life to do their study efficiently. There are very important aspects of the textbooks to the students. Those are listed below

So there is nothing that can replace the textbooks.
